Smoked tenderloin w avocado romaine salad

Smoked up some tenderloin injected and rubed with homemade rub which never disappoints… Made with my wife’s favorite salad… avocados , queso fresco cheese, red onion, Mayo, salt pepper and a head of romaine.

If your significant other likes avocados there’s a pretty good chance that salad would be a hit.. it’s a hot ticket item with all My family and in-laws ….. a restaurant I used to cook in highschool sold it every day of the week although their version had house made chipotle Mayo
