Every year we make about 200lbs of sausage using deer/pork butt and 80/20 hamburger( the hamburger is just for adding volume)... it’s always good but just wondering if anyone has a better ratio then we use ? We normally use 70 lbs deer, 70lbs pork and 60lbs beef...
 
No suggestions here. That sounds like some dang good sausage. Did you design your own seasoning or using something off the shelf?
 
We always use Leggs jalapeños venison sausage seasoning. Great stuff.
