Simple quick fairly cheap. The tots smelled like fair food cooking lol.

I like it too! Man I haven't had tater tots in forever! Recently smoked some dogs and chili for chili cheese dogs...next I'm adding in tots, smothered in cheese and chili!

They great cooked this way,took 35 mins on hi,sausage took 15-20. Hickory and was good.

I think it could reach 475- 500 but would take probably hr. A blanket should help. I have my damper set pretty tight. Holds temp dead nuts.

I like doing that sort of cook on the gas grill. The wife and I will be sitting on the patio watching a ball game and get hungry for a corn dog. 18 mins at 350 and we are eating.
