Tonight's dinner, prepared last night for smoking this morning. This is going in the crockpot once it reaches 120 degrees. Carrots 🥕, potatoes 🥔 and sweet onion are in broth and 1 package of pioneer gray are on low not.
Once roast is in your crockpot finish on low, roughly 8hrs. Be sure to stir the broth- gravy mix to get the best flavor. The gravy slows down the cooking of the meat. I use leftover meat and broth for beef and noodles and beef Manhattan.
More pictures to come.

looks very good and sounds very delicious!!
The pioneer gravy makes 3 cups. Makes the meat tender and juicy. Makes the best beef and noodles with leftovers.

Wow will do again, tender, flavor is great.. maybe smoke a little longer.
