Will be smoking these starting now -

3 hours fifteen minutes on prime rib and 1:50 on tenderloin - no thermometers needed here, do this over and over again!

I have a couple of questions. What was the weight on this prime rib and what temp did you cook at and what IT do you pull it? I have a rib roast that I plan on trimming the ribs off of and using them later but making a prime rib out of it. With the ribs, it weighs just under 9lbs.

I didn’t take temp . And wouldn’t worry about weight.. In my case it’s a matter of just doing it so many times and knowing my smoker.. it’s consistent every time..
