I just saw the recipe posted on the smoked Pork Crown Roast. I have never seen or heard of anything like this. Has anyone tried this or tried stuffing the middle with something to smoke as well. I have seen recipes for these cooked in the oven stuffed with types of stuffing and some with potatoes. Anyone have any experience with this or ideas?
