Smoked my first brisket

Finally got to smoke my first brisket a couple weeks ago. Got up damn early to do it and it turned out amazing. My wife hates "roast beef" and absolutely loved this!

Recorded the whole thing and made a video for my YouTube channel.

Well I think you did a fine job on your first brisket.
Flats are very hard to cook & keep them juicy.
All of the sides look fantastic too!
