Smoked mushrooms stuffed with green onion sausage

Here in South Louisiana we have a small chain of stores called Rouse's. They sell a pack of large mushrooms that are stuffed with green onion or Cajun sausage. Great on the grill, even better on the smoker! I will try to supplement this with some pics, as I don't have any right now. Great appetizers while waiting on the ribs or brisket.
