Nice coating and color. Can you tell us some of the process you used to make these beauties? Did you stuff them or just make a regular meatloaf? What type of wood did you use?
Just your basic meatloaf. I used bell pepper and onion, and my pork rub recipe, bread crumbs egg, milk, mixed it all and rubbed it with more pork rub and topped it off with killer hogs rub. Smoke for 2 hours @250 they are about 1 pound each. I usually stick with hickory for most of my smokes except for fish and turkey. I find the killer hogs rub not sweet enough but love the color. Finished it off with my bbq sauce that I make.
