For my second smoke I decided to try a meatloaf. Someone recently posted a recipe for meatloaf that involved stove top stuffing. Thanks whoever you are.
I wrapped these in bacon and put some rub on the outside of the patties.

Served them on a toasted onion roll with green beans and velveeta shells n cheese.

They were a big hit, the boy approved.

Nice sammie there Fired!Still couldn't get me ta eat the green beans though! LOL

good looken stuuf ya got there i use stove top in loins works great.

I believe the recipe was

2 # ground beef
1 6oz package of chicken flavored stove top stuffing mix
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup bbq sauce

mix all ingredients, form into patties (I made 8 patties total) and top with bbq sauce

I put some rub on the outside of the patties and wrapped in bacon before saucing. Smoked until 165 degrees.
