Here was my third smoke everything went great ....the meatloaf was by far a winner . Thanks to all for your help, sorry it took so long to post pictures.

Nice looking food porn Jeff. Looks like you did yourself proud. We love meatloaf here too and vary the smokes with hickory, maple, apple, pecan etc. for the variation of taste.

Hillbilly,
For this smoke I used a mix of hickory maple and cherry ....I was really pleased with the smoke flavor... I had a great smoke ring (lighting was bad and i could not get a good picture of the finished food). I brought some into work and everybody has just filpped for it. My addiction is growing!!! I have now have people asking "when are you smoking again?" " could you make some for me" "I'll buy " head swelling... hat just popped off

you had quite the smoker full

Thanks again! Without this wonderful place and people I would not have been able to start my trek to really being BBQ'er. I by no means think I am there yet as with anything it takes time .... but I am really have alot of fun learning!! I would like to send a special thanks to TULSAJEFF as his rub flavored the CSR's and it was his BBQ sauce that topped the meatloaf and also for providing such a great place to learn and make new friends!

man looking at all that food made me just realize how empty my belly is, and it's a big one,..looks fantastic did a couple of loafs 2 weeks ago and they are a big hit in this house

Ok now that's a full smoker, I never thought about smoking that much food at once. Will it change the cooking time by much. Since I've been here I learned to smoke by temp. not by time, but you still have a idea of time. What would the temp. be for the meatloaf? DANG!!!! That looks good. Great job jts70

I ran the temp about 230 . I not sure about normal cook times , as it was the first time I had cooked meatloaf or CSR. Total cook time was about 6 hours and I took the meatloaf to 160 internal. The ribs I put in a pan and foiled @ 150 with some apple juice and buorbon and took to 165 then removed. it was a really good meal ( or 5)
