i smoked some stuffed chicken breasts earlier... the smoke flavor was faint but was very good....so i dont see why you couldnt do it both in the bird and/or in a pan
Yummm cornbread stuffing is my favorite! Chopped onions, celery, mushrooms, Peppers, a hint of cheedar - mmmmmmmmmm!
Taste it often it seems to pick up smoke as fast as cheese does. After about 15 minutes give it a stir and a taste. I won't go much over 30 minutes with it. Unless it's in something.
