Well all two and a half weeks is way too long to go without smoking so it's time. I saw a smoking recipe in my wife's Southern Living magazine ( June 2014 edition ) that sounded pretty good. So I cut a whole fryer in half and it's marinating in fridge. I wish I could marinade it longer than 8 hours but unfortunately I have time constraints. More pics and details to follow.
