Looks great!  We love doing PP or brisket tamales as well, may have to add chicken to our next making.

Bruno We made them with PP a week later,still have some frozen they freeze pretty good

Next you'll have to try spicy BBQ pulled pork smoked boudin! Talk about a show stopper!

I had some tamales sink de mayo with chili & cheese.  AND a big plate of pulled pork nachos with all the trimmin's.

Its just not right how easy they make a meal's preparation! Why would anyone buy and nuke a TV dinner?
