I decided to try to smoke some chicken on my new Pit Barrel Cooker.

I have to say I have been very impressed with my Pit Barrel Cooker.  Very easy to use, yet produces some absolutely delicious food, with minimal effort.  I highly recommend!

Of course I made a video to highlight the whole process.

How big were these birds? And how many did they feed? Looking to do my first smoke ever this weekend, on a PBC to boot!
Got a pair of chickens from Sam's Club.  I believe they were around 4-5 pounds a piece, and will feed at least 4, maybe more depending on how hungry everyone is.

You put that barrel to work .. nice plate of food there ...
