Did a quick chicken casserole didn’t want to turn the oven so I thought I’d throw it on the smoker. Didn’t really use a recipe just kind of threw stuff together so I had a 2 pound bag of elbow macaroni cooked it added 3 cans of Campbell’s cream of chicken soup, some butter, some milk, onion powder, and garlic powder, salt, and pepper mixed in a can of Costco chicken (should’ve used 2 cans) and some Panko breadcrumbs and some cheese mixed it and topped it with cheese. Not much for pictures kind of before and after. Smoked at 225 for 30 minutes then 30 minutes at 350 IMG_8641.jpeg IMG_8643.jpeg
