Made this for our son and DIL’s baby shower. Super easy, fun cook, and delicious! If you enjoy traditional Buffalo wings, you’ll love this. It’s a Sam the Cooking Guy recipe - video pasted below. I smoked the chicken and cream cheese a day in advance so I only had to mix everything and heat it up on the day of the party, but it could easily be done in one cook. The only thing I omitted was the truffle hot sauce and I used more blue cheese than the recipe called for. Be sure to make the ranch dressing - it’s fantastic. Ended up with bubbly goodness!
