I smoked a corn beef brisket earlier today; posted in beef section. Didn't have a whole lot of time to take pics to get this bird ready for dinner along with beans.

Used Dr. Pepper instead of beer, hickory pellets (AMNPS), 240 temp and cooked until it hit 165 internal. Took about 4 1/2 hours but I was also cooking Dutch's Wicked Beans which I believe caused the cooking time to be longer. Here's the only pic:

Everything came out great. I won't use hickory pellets next time though; didn't seem quite right to me. I will stick with mesquite for chicken or fruit pellets. First time smoking Dutch's beans and they came out superb. Definitely will be making this in the future.
