I want to make up a few little smoked treats for company coming over the next few days.  Open to suggestions to the simplest to prepare and most "mainstream" to start folks out on.  Some of my company will be older, so I can't do anything overly spicy.  If I were to do some ABT's, they would have to be pretty mild.  Thinking of maybe some bacon wrapped meatballs or the baby-bella mushrooms someone posted awhile ago.  Can't seem to find the thread at the moment..

Look up "Moinks". I made these for Christmas and they were a big hit.

I used a ground beef and hot pork sausage combination, but they'd be just as good with regular.

A milder pepper like an Anaheim or even Italian can be used for ABT's to be very light on the "A" part.

Good luck and good smoking.

Don't forget the sausage/ bacon candy that oel makes. It's the sausage wrapped up with bacon and brown sugar they are around here alot now. Then you could make some pulled pork sushi. Pulled pork, carrots, celery, cream cheese, and scallions.
