Smoked some country style ribs and did them Hawaiian style. Traditional way would be in a smoke house/box and hang the strips from hooks but I only have my offset so that’s what I used. Usually I would make my own sauce but I was lazy and used the sauce pictured. It is a great sauce for marinating. Threw in a couple pieces of pork belly also. It all came out really tasty after a 30hour marinate. After it was done I sliced some up and sauted with onions. Missed those pics though
Using a new fire basket and have been happy how it is working. It is a v shape and is definitely helping my temps stay a bit more stable for longer. Wish I took some pics of the finished dish but it went very fast with hungry friends
