I bought my Rec Tec in Nov and live in Utah. I used the cold weather blanket on all my cooks till the last two. today it in the 70s, the one before was like 50-60 (no blanket).

It looks like I am getting more smoke now that its well above freezing. I assume this is because its not sucking down the pellets to maintain temps and can smoke more. Would that be a safe assumption? Just curious, love it looking more smoky - ribs are on and cant wait till 6!
