Smoke hollow mods

Hello I bought a smoke hollow electric smoker and can't figure out why it smokes great for a half hour than nothing any ideas I'm new to smoking meat thanks in advance

Most electric smokers need to have chips added every half hour or so.

dodger82 - Your instruction manual should give an idea of smoke time in addition to the cook time.

It does give me an idea on times and temps I think it needs more air across the chips or something the chip tray will still be full and bearly charred? Is this normal with electric smokers?
