Smoke gods told me to smoke a deer quarter injected with a combo of beef onion soup, 1 tsp. dark brown sugar, and 1 tsp. PlowBoys Bovine rub. Then rub the outside also with the YardBird Bovine put in fridge over night and smoke next day. Just a recipe vision I had now I just need a deer quarter. Should have some deer in the cooler next week so I can give my vision a try. Sounds good on paper any thoughts?
