well I started smoking my turkys for the sober new years dance

got 5 butterballs around 12 lbs each and a couple pork roasts

temps are giving me trouble but i'll keep an eye on it

too hot or too cold can't seem to get it right today :-( oh well it's looking like it'll turnout ok tho

well the pork reached 180f so i wrapped it in foil temp seems to be setteling down around 275 or so, things are looking up

ok so the pork didn't last past lunch :-) but the turkys are resting nicley in the kitchen waiting for me to pull all the meat off and make a couple of platters one for white meat and one for dark

nothing but praise for my turkeys at the dance last night
it's amazing how many people told me they were sick of turkey after christmas but, after trying my smoked turkey they came back for seconds
