Brand new to the smoking arena.  I've known a few friends in passing that have been heavily into it.  I'm just getting started. I still like standard Qn' too, so I'm going to get a ceramic kamato type...either the Primo Round or the Kamado Joe Classic.  I hear they can both do smoking real well... I guess I could go BGE too, but haven't seen them around town.

Anyway, looking forward to learning as much as possible, and hopefully will be smokin' em and Qn' em up this summer!
