30” x 30” cool chamber sitting on concrete blocks (2 high) with offset firebox. Food cooks well but smoke penetration only occurs in meat closest to firebox. Chimney in upper right roof. Any thoughts?
Agree, need some detail in the form of pictures. Firebox, flue going to the smoke chamber, and the exhaust from the smoke chamber. Give us something to work off with.Some pics would be helpful.
Here are some pictures:I would run the stack almost to the bottom and put it in the corner, run it on the outside and tap it into a corner , put a deflector between the outlet and the inlet so it cant go straight out, cap the existing vent while you try other options, easy to put back if it don't work properly imo
