got this as a gift, cant do very much with it, 4-6 pieces of charcoal goes in each corner baskets, slide out ash and drip tray, does a decent job with ribs not the best but works, cant think of any other uses with it.
I have never heard or seen this brand/style before. Looks to be convection type cooking with the heat source located in side the cooking chamber rather than outside which is different than I am use to. I would think this is designed more focused for whole chicken or turkey.
