It is interesting that I am constantly getting emails from Thermoworks now with big sales going on. Looks like they may be under a bit of pricing pressure and can no longer ride the back of the Thermapen for the pricing on the rest of their line.

I ordered the Smoke this past Monday and then saw their email about the gateway being on sale (hmmm). So, since I just got the Smoke, what better reason than 50% off for the gateway? Yep, gadgetaholic too. Then I saw that the Smoke was 30% off and I had just paid full price for it 3 days earlier. I decided to open a chat with them and gave them my sales number. Just as soon as I asked for the 30% sales price, they sent me an email showing my credit. Talk about great customer service, along with great instruments.
