Since I've joined the forum, I can't stay away from it! lol. My mouth waters all day long, just waiting to get home and cook something. I love that there is more here than just smoking. I don't know that there is a more useful site anywhere on the internet! My wife has finally quit rolling her eyes when I tell her I'm cooking dinner in the smoker again. Now she can't wait to try my next smoking adventure! I'm hooked! I think some smoked poke chops are in order for tonight.
