Small Ribeye in Strips (Grilled)

I did this same thing a few weeks ago, And We loved it, so this one is pretty small, but getting the same Routine.

So I cut the Steak in 1” Strips, and marinated the strips in Kelchner’s Pineapple Teriyaki Marinade.
Then into the Fridge for a few hours (uncovered).

Then out to the Weber “Q” we went.
I spread the strips out, and drained the leftover marinade from the plate, onto the Strips.
Then I flipped them around awhile to get them all nicely Charred.
Then the first Night we had Roasted Taters & Green Beans with some Awesome Steak Strips.

Then the second night I had the same thing, but a little less meat.

Then the Third night, I had the same thing, but I cut the meat that was left into smaller pieces.

All 3 Meals were Great.

Thanks for dropping by,

Bear

Yup---I've been eating Kelchner's Horseradish for more than 50 years, but found their Web Site about a year ago, and this Marinade is one of the other Awesome products they have.

Looks great Bear! I remember last month you had this and this one looks even better. Nice work. I wonder if this would work with a Top Sirloin i have in the freezer. Not as tender as Ribeye, but I may try this with it. I don't have Kelchner's, but I have Mr yoshida, and it's more teryaki than pineapple. I've use it on beef before and it was good. I'll let you know how it turns out. Thanks for sharing.
