Help! Smoking a 19 pounder Turkey and I'm already at 160 now but wasn't planning on it being done for another 4 hours. How can I slow this smoke down?
 
welcome. sounds like its too late already, you are within 10 degrees of done. You come wrap in foil and put it in a warm barely on oven, but that may end up dry... not sure.

What kind of smoker you running?

If you can turn the heat down to about 165* and hold it.

Tent it and in a cooler or something insulated. Worst case might need a few minutes in the oven to warm up again
