Despite the famous bar by the same name here, I tried smoking Sloppy Joes and they were quite good. Made the recipe according to directions but made the mix a little soupy or thin to accomodate the additional heat and cook time for smoking. They came out very nicely after only 30-40 minutes of thin blue. A nice treat that comes out of the box quickly, and something to do with hambuger meat! Used a foil pan, no cover, stirred every beer. Iffin you drink too slow, stir every 1/2 beer.
 
That sounds like a great way to use those extra CWB's that we have left-over after a good pork pull.
