Last weekend I decided to pop in a turkey breast. Also made a no bake mac n cheese.

The smoke started a little rough because my spare fridge thinks its a freezer so half of the breast was partial frozen.

Rubbed it down good and smoked at 250 with my AMNPTS using the last of my pitmaster blend.

Here it is coming out of the smoker after 4hrs

Had a little of a issue when I took it out because the breast that was partial frozen was only at 150. The other breast was at 165. So I decided to take the done side and remove it.

Put the rest back into the smoker to finish.

Here it is sliced.

Looks nice , Brian. I like Turkey Breastys too and those look very nice. I'm just waiting for a bit warmer weather so Trish will let me go out and play .
