skrit/ brisket meat

So I did St Louis style ribs today, and I have allot of this skrit, brisket bone meat. I smoked it along with the ribs. Taste good looks good, will good with dutchs baked beans. What else can I do with it.

As you mentioned, they're great in beans. I also like to fix them like burnt ends with some sauce.
