Simple burgers on reverse flow

Wife and I had a really busy weekend with various functions and birthday parties. She took out two pounds of burger to be bbq today. We also had some zucchini that didn’t reach its zucchini bread destiny that need to be cooked.
Big Jake got the shoulder tap.
Fired the chimney of coal at 1500 hrs and got the oak wood ripping

It was a simple Simon dinner but filled the hole.
I only used mayo, onions, Dijon mustard lettuce and some pickled jalapeños. Burgers were seasoned and formed by the wife.
Canned Denison’s chili beans to go with it. Told ya it was simple.

More often than not that's the best way to go. Simple can still be delicious and gratifying, especially after a long day. Love the color you got on the burgers from the smoker. Those look fantastic....and I'll take that zucchini every day, thank you :emoji_wink: Very nice job.

Oh man aint nothing simple about that burger. It was easy cook sure, but its got me craving a burger for breakfast.
