How do you get the pizza out of the pan?
Just tilt the pan up and the pizza slides right out. I will take a pizza slice spatula and go around the outside just to make sure it hasn't stuck but never an issue.
I always make a bulk batch of pizza dough, use what I need for the day and freeze the rest
I just finished making a batch from scratch for a totally insane dinner I have planned for this evening. If the dough comes out well I will do what you recommend. The dough for the pizza in this thread was a kit for one batch and it''s so simple to make, it just takes time to proof before it gets really good.
