This is something used as a base in many recipes in the Llama household. It's simple, easy, & you can add to it based on what you're cooking:
3 parts salt
3 parts black pepper
1 part granulated garlic
1 part paprika (your choice of the type)
Sometimes, I add a dash of ground mustard. You can add chiles or cayenne for heat. You can mix with some chili powder to liven things up. It generally just acts as a great base & it is fantastic as-is on steaks & beef.
