what would be your suggestion for a simple recipe to inject pork a boston butt. usually I do chacharo's wanted something easy and quick and simple. I usually do this and have time to plan but today I just decided to do it on the fly.
A 50/50 mix of chicken bullion and apple juice. Mix the bullion on the strong side, use maybe 2/3 of the recommended water, then mix with the apple juice. That'll give it the salt to denature the proteins and hold onto moisture, and apple always goes well with pork.
