So I’m starting my cool smoke freezer build, mostly for sausage and bacon that sort of thing. I’m not even sure of what type of heat source I want to use yet just getting the freezer ready. I was out at my parents house and saw a street sign I had “ borrowed“ when I was younger we’ll they are stainless steel, so do you guys think I could use the sign to patch the hole in the door if I put the sticker towards the door and sealed around with high temp silicon.
