Shredded beef sauce?

Here's the beef. Didn't get a pic of the pork. Somehow, the beef took 17 hours and the pork took 18. By the time they were done, guests were arriving, so didn't get good pics.

Ended up using a mix of beef broth, Dale's seasoning, and melted butter in the crock pot with the beef. Just enough for some moisture.

I started at 230 when I put it in overnight, but went to 250 in the morning. Eventually up to 275 for the last couple hours.
