In an effort to get more efficient (ok, lazy), I purchased a couple of racks for smoking chicken legs and wings. I searched all over the web and most of what I saw was welded wire racks made in china. I then searched ebay more closely and found these "nuclear grade" racks which are totally outstanding. I used them today for the first time and made chicken leg lollipops ans wings. Half were dry rub only, half were dry rub with a homemade General Tso sauce I ripped off from this site. I will let the pictures do the talking.
