As the title says i should have said hello here first but didnt see it ( one day i will get my 4 year old to teach me how to use a computer properly, damn site better that i am on one )

Anyway hi

you prob guessed from my user name that im Mat.

I live in England which at the moment is pee'ing down and force 7 winds 

Im new to the world of smoking and as yet have only done a pork butt and 2 racks of spare ribs, but they were fantastic i have to say.

Today im just building myself a small wood smoker which ive posted about in the build section.

I look forward to having a good read through this forum which from what ive seen looks brilliant.

No doubt you will be getting alot of questions from me as i learn the art of smoking
