Short Ribs

Went to the grocery store the other day and was surprised by short Ribs on sale for 3.99. I had to do a double take. Of course I picked up a couple of packs. They weren't the biggest or meatiest but I couldn't pass that up.
Little SPOG and let it sit in the fridge overnight.
250 on the kettle.
Sorry forgot to get a plate pic. They were good.

Pretty short cook, only took a little over an hour. They were around 203 when I took them off. They weren't the biggest or meatiest but they turned out pretty good
