Short Ribs and Tri Tip -finished view

Sorry no q view but I do have finished view of. The Tri tip and the short ribs .. Pulled the Tri tip at at 128 from the smoker .. Will slice it thin for some Samies this week . The short ribs came out awesome !!! I know my last post was of same meat but this was the virgin voyage of my new WSM.. Going to do st Louis ribbed Monday !! Wohoooo life is good !!!!M
