Just send a down payment on a 30x80 conventional door cooker with roof system warmer box wood basket stainless shelf remote drain. Opinions on fire box would be appreciated insulated or 1/2" thick or standard box which is 1/4" thick. I own a Land 48 hybrid that has a 1/4" firebox in winter with wind she will fluctuates a bit thanks in advance or any other option I should consider.

It's a Shirley fabrication smoker but not a cabinet model conventional type

It's a 48" hybrid patio on wagon wheels

Where do you live? If you live in someplace with hard winters I would go with the insulated. If not just go with the 1/2"
When are you picking the new smoker up?

Just send a deposit looking like December
