This is a heavily optioned pit.
1/4 thick, horizontal, single door w counterweight and 2 temp gauges, can open w 1 hand. Double pull out shelves w inner extensions for full cooking surface, this pit is tuned to cook even, fold down front shelf,
Removable side shelf, 1/2 in thick firebox for cold weather cooking holds heat incredibly well, pull out coal and ash pan, and a propane assist log lighter, no more hassles starting your cook, or maintain a steady temp to finish. Raised lip on top of firebox for dutch oven, skillet or water box. Propane tank fold in holder, 1 1/2 ball drain for easy clean up.
This cooker also comes with a 1/2 charcoal basket for extended cooks and a slide in charcoal grate that can either be used for indirect grilling or with a little figuring could be set up to run a snake of charcoal for an extended cook.
