  1. Hello everyone. Newbie here. I live in West Des Moines, IA. I am a brisket and pulled pork carnivore! I smoke with a Green Mountain Grill Daniel Boone. It's fairly new so I am still get used to it. I got rid of two propane grills and two electric smokers when I bought it. I work for Union Pacific Railroad in the Engineering Department. I have three kids, a wife, and a dog. In my spare time I go 4 wheeling with my boys and smoke meat

    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
