While I am waiting for replacement parts for my new but non functional MES model # 20070311 I was wondering if someone could tell me whiat the two sensors are inside the smoker. My guesses are below.
The one on the right (looking inside the smoker box) that looks la bit like a probe I presume is the smoker temperature.
The one on on the left that looks like a button may be a overtemp shutoff?
