I was drooling at @seenred post a couple days ago and immediately pulled a 5Lb bag of wings out of the freezer.

Yesterday I had two half full jars of Dave's spicy garlic pickles sitting in the fridge so I decided to marinate them in that with two jars of water to fill up the bowl.

After 24 hours I dried them and sprinkled on Kinder's Santa Maria rub with herbs and New Mexico Hot pepper powder. Smoked with Hickory and Mesquite.

Half way there.

The small ones were done first. I tossed them with Jack Daniel's Honey BBQ.

The rest 30 minutes later.

The plate with a few wings (I ate more before I got to this point), an egg, Hawaiian mac salad and some green olives that I keep eating lately.

Yes very nice wings on some very fine timber china that which company if have the majority stock of!

Nice.
Wife is not a wing fan so more for me when I get in the mood.
Same with my wife, she always says that she doesn't care for wing, but she always cleans her plate when I say "F' it, I'm making wings.
I just recently bought a Vortex clone for the kettle, what a game changer for wings, they turn out SOOOOO crispy and kill'er!!!
