Seasons Greetings to all. Hope that if you are facing some challenges this year, that you are able to celebrate in some way.

A turkey breast will be going into the smoker soon. Yes, I'm crazy as temp at about 18F plus windchill. I'm able to get to the MES so AWAY WE GO! WE will make dressing and mashed taters and green beans with bacon, lemon and parm.
